Mica Pointer

Mica Pointer is a recent graduate from Eastern Washington University’s Film and Theatre Department. His specialties include writing for film and theatre, acting, and costuming. His scripts ‘Till Death Do Us Part and Lake House have been produced locally and his one-act play Revenge of the Lady’s Maids has been produced as far as Bryan, Texas. He has appeared onstage and on screen in Stage Left Theatre’s Playwright’s Playground festival, and student films such as Two Faced (dir. by Kendra Strahm) and Stanley Kubrick’s Napoleon (dir. by Austin Hobbs). He has worked as a stitcher in the costume shops of EWU and Coeur d’Alene Summer Theatre, and has designed for Anton Chekhov’sThe Bear,  Flip Kobler’s Wild Dust, and Aspire Community Theatre’s The Hunchback of Notre Dame. He is a resident of Spokane, Washington, and looks forward to supporting the film and theatre community of the Inland Northwest.
