William Benson

I come from a multigenerational Navy family and served in both the United states Marine Corps and the United states army. I was very serious for the first half of my life and have spent the last half of my life exploring those things that I missed during my youth. I am a weapons expert in the field of small arms and a technical advisor for all things military, but I would be very happy to learn the wonderful world of practical special effects, model building (and subsequent demolition), and monster making!
I am the founder of the Old Grumpy project: an outreach program to mitigate the impact of Post traumatic Stress Disorder Through engagement, education, and peer support.
