Meet Michael Ruby and Terrance Davis. Michael is the owner of Ruby Art and a Production designer for Films and commercials shot in Washington in part thanks to the film incentive. Terrance is a Set Dresser, who has worked as well on several projects brought to Washington with the help of the Washington Film Incentive.
