Erick Torres

I’m a senior video producer and story lead with 14+ years of experience creating human-centered, impact-driven work for nonprofits, media companies, and mission-driven organizations. I lead projects end to end, from concept development and field production through post-production and delivery, with a focus on clarity, trust, and follow-through.
Much of my work has involved being in the field with real people, earning trust in sensitive environments, and shaping stories rooted in truth, dignity, and impact. I’m hands-on by nature and most energized when I can guide a project from start to finish and deliver tangible outcomes.
Over the course of my career, I’ve produced and contributed to projects for organizations including Netflix, Amazon, Discovery+, TEDx, and national nonprofits, and have helped lead content efforts that reached millions of viewers organically. I’m comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with communications, marketing, and leadership teams while maintaining a strong storytelling point of view.
