Jeremy Urann

Jeremy is an actor, writer, dancer, model and director. He received his BA in Theatre: Acting and Dramatic Writing from Western Washington University in 2015. With strong roots in the Pacific Northwest, including being a co-founder of Fat Gratitude Productions, a media company dedicated to creating for artists and community-based organizations, Jeremy expanded his creative world and moved to sunny Los Angeles in 2021. Whether he’s on screen performing or dancing the house down, scripting a story or making creative calls off camera, Jeremy Urann brings his innate playfulness and dedicated work ethic to every project he tackles. A firm believer that a successful product necessitates a positive process, Jeremy’s true love language is creative collaboration.

Since moving to LA, he’s modeled for over 30 brands, shined in national commercial campaigns like JC Penney and On Running, produced and starred in three original shorts, and stacked feature film credits, including Terry McMillan Presents: FOREVER on Lifetime TV. He prides himself in being an active member of the LGBTQIA+ Community, a representative for the big boys out there, and a true dreamer at heart. He lives in echo park with his creative and romantic partner, Kenny Castro. In all he does, Jeremy seeks to celebrate through inclusivity and promote cultural change through positive representation.

Jeremy and his sister Sherri Bylenga have been preparing their queer rom-com feature film HOTSHOTS for a Spokane 2025 production as participants in Washington Film Works’ Above the Line Mentorship program.
